Registration info

"Young scientists" are participants younger than 35 years (i.e. born in 1988 or later) and not later than 3 years after receiving PhD.

Registration Fees include:

• Admission to all scientific sessions including poster session
• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks and lunches

Field Trip on Friday (June, 23^th) to the Vistula Lagoon area, including newly opened artificial canal across the Vistula Spit

This all-day guided trip includes bus transportation, visit to the Vistula Lagoon Museum, visit to the canal, lunch.

All payments must be made in Polish Złoty (PLN) by bank transfer to the following bank account acting for the Eurolag10 Conference:

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state:
participant’s name, Eurolag10 fee when transferring conference fee, and
participant’s name, Eurolag10 Field Trip fee when paying for the trip.
Participants name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, we will send you a confirmation and an invoice (when required).

Deadline for payment

The deadline for all payments is 19 May 2023 (receipt of payment by 22 May 2023 at the latest).

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat by e-mail (eurolag10@mir.gdynia.pl). A full refund (minus an administrative charge of 200 PLN) will be given for cancellations received by 4 June 2023. After 4 June 2023, no refunds will be given. Refunds will be processed after the Eurolag10 Conference. Please send your exact bank details with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.
